Unfolding .....OPERATION BLUE STAR

It was Indira Gandhi the then prime minister of India, almost entire country was her follower but nothing is persistent in this world. as happened in this case also after the open fight with  jay prakash narayan.  she lost the election as well as her popularity....it was a great pshycological breakdown for Indira in her entire life. although after two term of non congress rule she again came to power(how this happened i will explain in another article of mine). this time of her as prime minister of india was entirely different.          what i found simmilar is published below            Mr. bush formed mujahuddin a millitant group in the ground of afganishtan which later became out of controll and formed TALIBAN . To be continued......

MARU RAM CASE---------------Amendment to indian constitution...

In  Maru Ram  v.  Union of India    the constitutional validity of Section 433-A of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 was upheld. The petitioners attacked the provision alleging infraction of Articles 14, 20(1), 72 and 161 of the Constitution of India. It was inducted into the Code by an amendment in 1978. It lays down as follows: "433-A.  Restriction on powers of remission or commutation in certain cases .—Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 432, where a sentence of imprisonment for life is imposed on conviction of a person for an offence for which death is one of the punishments provided by law, or where a sentence of death imposed on a person has been commuted under Section 433 into one of imprisonment for life, such person shall not be released from prison unless he had served at least fourteen years of imprisonment." A reading of the provision shows that under two circumstances a convict has to actually undergo incarceration for fourteen years. They are:

Why do we use second or first gear while driving up a hillock or ghat section not 3 rd or 4th gear which is supposed to be faster?

it is clear that for driving up a hillock we need to have high torque , but the question is why this high torque is achieved at low rpm so first analyse the graph of torque to speed: it is clear form the above graph that torque is low at very low and very high speed so why it happens. it happens due to the valve timing as valve are coupled with the crank rotation so at low speed it remains open for a long time which creates losses during compression as a result of which less torque is generated on the other hand if the speed is high enough then valve opens for very less time as a result of which less fuel burns and less power is generated producing less torque. now another logic which works along is when you change gear piston reciprocates with the same speed it's just the power which is transmitted by the gear from engine to wheel which controls  every things. suppose engine generated power P=torque * rpm so, if arrangement of gear is such that it delivers less speed then d
