Employment required to prevent jobless growth !

Preoject DISTRESS:
--------------------------------------------

Assumption: At 21 Year age at an average, Indian needs job to support.
Fact 1:     2.5 crore people attaining the age of 21 every year (Source of data : census of India 2001,2011).
Percentage of Agricultural work force: more than 50 % (Source economic survey 2018), let take 50%.
percentage of women in India=48.5%
percentage of working women in India=28.5%

Calculation:

We have 2.5 crore adults acquiring age of 21 every year, so minimum 2.5 crore jobs are required every year-----
BUT 48.5% of population of India are women, so 48.5% of this 2.5 crore approx must be women, which is 12,125,000.(12,875,000 this is left over)
and 25.5% women works = 25.5% of 12125000=3,091,875 women are working.
so, Total Indian requiring works= working women + working men=(3,091,875) + (12,875,000)=15,966,875 Indian

Now lets subtract Agricultural work force, as they already have land to work on, In other words Government is not responsible for generation of Agricultural job .
So keeping this in mind:
total agricultural workforce share in 2.5 crore Indian = 50% of 2.5 crore = 1.25 crore

Finally, net effective works to be generated each year = 15,966,875 - 1.25  = 3,466,875 Indian

Note this amount of job will just suffice minimum requirement to ensure society doesn't develop nor takes any retrospective path. As women who were not working till now has been assumed will not work ever and so does the farmers.

USA violating international cyber Law

Any law not only cyber security, related should not be violated for any purpose, although we can change the rule following the proper guide lines enshrined within the law. The main reason to this argument is simple, as any law gains its strength till it is followed once violated irrespective of the reason weakens its sole purpose. Now in today’s digital world information is the most precious thing we have to keep as a individual or as a nation. Violating cyber laws creates a big dent on our future’s security as no one knows the value of information which one thinks to be null today, in future. Violating cyber laws by USA can lead to big brother syndrome for rest of the country who are not that technically advanced in digital arena. And it will eventually lead to mistrust impacting international ties which may in extreme scenario result in conservative approach by various nation in economic world , mostly by the countries having trade deficit with USA. This segregation of ec...

evaporation

what causes water to evaporate every fluid (pure) has a definite vapor pressure at a fixed temperature , now if any how the partial pressure of the fluid is less then the the vapor pressure of the fluid then the fluid starts evaporating to attain the partial pressure equal to the  vapor pressure of the fluid, and then the equillibrium is reached and evaporation stops.                              basically at the top of the fluid there is a random motion of the fluid molecule due to the difference between the addhesve and cohesive forces, some molecule say 'n' goes into the vapour phase and some strikes back say m such that n>m then after the above explained condition is achieved then the constraint m=n. conclusion whenever there is the fluid in liquid state is  present then in that system partial pressure is exactly to the ...
