Phulwama Attack- Explained

Pulwama Attack

Objective of Article:
1) Introduction.
2)Who is behind the attack, what’s the motive?
3)What government has done till now.
4)What Government is most probably going to do.
5)What should the citizen of India be doing.

INTRODUCTION:
14th Feb 2019 , 40 CRPF personnel died in suicidal attack by a 19 year old, Adil Ahmed Dar, under the umbrella of Jaish-E-Mohammad ; He(Adil Ahmed Dar) rammed  a SUV loaded with 350 kg of explosives into a CRPF  convoy of 78 vehicle.
Figuratively speaking, It was not an attack on CRPF convoy nor on Indian heartland but certainly it was an attack on more than 133 crore hearts beating in synchronous.

WHO IS BEHIND THE ATTACK, WHAT’S THEIR MOTIVE? :
As it is said, lack of knowledge can lead to biasness and wrong conclusion; So we will be leaving conclusion part to the diplomats and our national agencies.
What we can do utmost is anticipate the origin based upon various decisions taken by these agencies previously. In Pakistan Civil government is just a puppet at the hands of Pakistani ARMY. But the civilian in Pakistan now wants change, especially after assassination of Benazir Bhutto. They(civilians in Pakistan) now wants safer life for their children, a stable economy which poses threat to Pakistani ARMY’s control over civil government. If WAR or even specter of war breaks between these brother countries it can provide buttress to the Pakistani ARMY. Civilian in war situation is psychological bound to support army in any country . This is also the reason why every time Government of INDIA when calls for a peace talk with Pakistani civilian government, there is a coward attack from Pakistan's side.

WHAT GOVERNMENT HAS DONE TILL NOW:
In next para will discuss why government is exactly taking these steps but for now just be focusing of steps taken by government:
a) Security protection to separatist has been removed
b)Government of India(GOI) has removed MFN(Most Favoured Nation) status to Pakistan and has already hiked 200% tax
c)India trying to diplomatically isolate PAKISTAN across the globe.

WHAT GOVERNMENT IS MOST PROBABLY GOING TO DO :
These steps of diplomatically isolating has now become cliché . But the chronology of the action taken by INDIA provides a detailed picture of her plain.
58 Sovereign Nations have already condemned the PULWAMA terror attack. Their statement of condemnation is often used by government to proceed with her(India’s) plan.
Lets understand China’s condemnation “China has noted the reports of suicide terrorist attack. We are deeply shocked by this attack”
China condemns attack but nowhere mention Jaish-E-Mohammad in their condemnation. Which means China would try to protect Pakistan in isolation process but won’t do it openly as they have condemned the attack and if proper evidence is brought which no-one can deny then China will have to side with INDIA slouching against their own will.
How India may be internally using this situation of China:
CHINA has invested 26.5 billion $(US Dollar) in PAKISTAN for CPEC. Which will after 4 years will become a loan of about 40 billion dollar to be paid by Pakistan. CPEC is essential for development of both PAKISTAN and CHINA; this is also the reason why CHINA keeps on backing PAKISTAN.
Now for Pakistan to pay this loan will have to have increase its trade both internal and external which is why it is consistently seeking fresh loan from International agencies. SO if
INDIA can somehow make this 26.5 billion $ investment into a  proper debt trap(which is most probably going to happen) Pakistan will loose some amount of sovereignty in project as per agreements of CPEC. Country losing its sovereign chunk of land is a big deal and will definitely put an end to long stated brotherhood of CHINA and PAKISTAN.
How can it be done:
India is a big market and the most lucrative one. Already by removing Pakistan from MFN status, she has given a strict massage to other trading partners. And diplomatically using US’s leverage can prohibit sanctioning any further loan to PAKISTAN.
Why US will help in this:
In a press release, the US Department of State said it condemns the terrorist attack on the Indian CRPF convoy and asked Pakistan to "uphold its responsibilities" to deny support to terror groups.

Above statement of condemnation says more then enough.
How much MFN status is effective:
Mathematically not much it’s a trade of about 2 billion dollar which is negligible and if Pakistan will also retaliate by increasing tax it could hamper our cotton farmers badly. But proper diplomacy can prevent Pakistan from doing that. Remember civilian government there in Pakistan will never be in favor of war.

WHAT SHOULD THE CITIZEN BE DOING:
As a citizen it should be our duty to help the government to achieve revenge in their(intellectual’s in government) way and  not to push government to achieve revenge in our way. This is election time government may choose wrong path under pressure so it’s perfect time to show INDIA is best suitable for DEMOCRACY.

Till 14th Feb 2019 INDIA had around 133 crore people living here, with the death of 40 INDIANS this huge population has been reduced to ONE

  1. It was really informative. The figures are helpful in understanding the situation. However, I am haunted by a constant question. How could Adil drove into the convoy with 350 kg of explosion without anyone's notice. He must have drove to the highway passing through any checklist. I won't be as if he appeared all of a sudden and drove in. Please put some highlight into it

Peasant movement during freedom struggle

Unlike the earlier peasant movements that arose from discontentment among the peasantry, the peasant movements in the twentieth century were influenced by national freedom struggle. This phase witnessed an increased involvement of middle-class, modern educated class in peasant resistance movements. This led to percolation of the idea of nationalism among the peasantry too. Gandhian Peasant Movements These movements were essentially non violent in nature. Satyagraha (fast unto death) was the defining feature of these moments to build moral pressure on britishers to accept their demands. Champaran Satyagraha 1917 : In Champaran, the peasants were agitating against the planters who were forcing the peasants to grow indigo under the exploitative tinkathia system . This system forced cultivation of indigo in 3/20th of land held by the peasant. One of their leaders, Raj Kumar Sukul invited Gandhi to resolve the issue. Gandhi led the movement by launching satyagraha and mobilised the peasan...

Different perspective of Freedom-----market economy vs social stability

What we can define we can control, perhaps this is the reason why we cant define emotion. This article is all about Freedom and its scope.   I will define freedom as this   article progresses towards required point. Pre-requisite: Cost of Happiness: happiness is not something static, it’s a dynamic concept and its directly linked to the edge of our freely floating mind . In other words if someone/something is responsible for your happiness(social/sexual/psychological) wont last long until and unless there is some desirable or at least some socially acknowledgeable value is added to the status quo. Now since this change traces the edge of our freely floating mind (and our mind tend to spread to the extreme extant of our economic/social/psychological reach) it becomes difficult or rather costly to continuously sustain this change. I call it cost of happiness   , that we have to keep paying .   Biasness: Lack of knowledge is called biasness. If ...
